A few months ago, I noticed something frustrating — so many smart, capable students were failing interviews. Not because they lacked knowledge, but because they weren’t prepared for the pressure.

They would freeze on simple questions like:

“Tell me about yourself.”
“Why should we hire you?”

They struggled with structuring answers, speaking confidently, and — most importantly — getting meaningful feedback after mock interviews.

So I asked myself:

❓ What if job interviews had a "practice mode"?
❓ What if students could rehearse their answers like actors practice lines before a play?

That’s when BoltPrep was born.
A smarter way to practice, improve, and succeed.

Once the idea was clear, I knew I had to move fast.
Instead of overthinking features, I focused on core functionality:

I used to think: “If I build something great, people will come.”

Wrong. 😅
Talking about your product is just as important as building it.
If you don’t tell your story, someone else will.

2. The Best Growth Hack? Talk to Users.

Some of the best features didn’t come from me.
They came from random DMs.

“Can you provide personalized sample answers?” → We built it.

Lesson: Stop guessing. Start listening. Users know what they want.
